New Client Policy
We ask that new clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their service to fill out the necessary paperwork and get settled. If you do not arrive 15 minutes before your service, the time it takes to fill out paperwork will be deducted from your total service time. Please keep in mind our esthetician may have other appointments after yours. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
For example , if you are scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 min late , you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 min of treatment for that session ,including consultation and changing time
More than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your result. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled .We need to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session
Please Check In at the front desk. If it is your first visit with our Spa for waxing, facials, or microderm you will need to fill out consent forms for our records and need to be verified by the esthetician .
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within seven days of your appointment.
Restrictions and cancellation policy
Please be advised that no outside food or alcoholic beverages may be brought to the Spa. Water, and herbal Teas are provided for you to enjoy before and after your service(s) 4808107026
With respect for my time at Beyoutiful by SR, I request a 24hr notice for individual services and 48 hrs on packages of two services or more , to be given with rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Please call or message 480-810-7026 . A Booking is only officially cancelled or rescheduled once the Client has received confirmation of the cancellation from via App notification or email communication.
All reservations will be held with a valid credit card ,cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This also applies to “no-shows”.
After two no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking.
Cell Phone Policy:
To receive the splendor and full pampering of your facial service we would like to suggest that you please turn your cell phone off or on silent while inside the Spa. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items.
If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that our lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.
Lash Fill Policies:
If more than 70% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.
2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set
3/4 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set
5+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have lash retention, lashes need maintenance at least once a month to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out.
If you are missing more than 70% on only one eye you are still considered to be falling under the 70% Fill Rule.
Makeup Policy:
Come with clean lashes,Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash and facial session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still pay the full price. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.You can come in early and clean your face without makeup or wash your lashes before your allocated time in our restroom.Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.
Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations:
When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant. Please alert our therapist immediately for any discomfort during your treatment.
It is suggested but not required after our services. It would be more comfortable for you if you are free of restrictive clothes. Allow a couple of hours after service before using deodorant on waxed underarms. If you are scheduled for spa facials, body treatments, you will be asked to put our robe on in a private area, which will be provided by us.
Payment/Deposits
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or personal checks. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.Venmo and Zelle are also accepted.
Returned Checks
There is a $30 fee for all returned checks. If paying with a check, customers must provide driver’s license.
Age policy
You must be 18 yrs or older to make a reservation at our spa .16 and younger may also receive services with a parent/guardian.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are sold in $5 increments or for various set amounts. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be used for gratuities.
Prices policy
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest spa experiences. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updates , please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Returns
All product returns must be accompanied by a store receipt. Product returns will only be accepted within 15 days of original purchase. All returns will be refunded with a Spa gift card.
All retail product purchases are final sale.
Gratuities:
Gratuities (or tips) are not included in our prices, but are highly appreciated by us. The standard gratuity is 15% – 20% of the cost of service provided.
Special policies
Please let us know if you are wearing contact lenses,when scheduled for brazilian waxing that area needs to be cleaned properly. We also suggest you let us know if you are using skin medications such as retinol or accupane before doing your treatment.
Any sexual or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and could be reported to authorities. Lastly,Beyoutiful By SR is a smoke free Spa.
